Continue the planning and due diligence with Chamber members to determine if and how Lubbock should develop a retiree attraction program to support local economic development and workforce training efforts.  If affected members agree to develop a program, lead the effort to help secure funding and provide direction for the overall retiree attraction effort to include staffing/operational responsibilities.
