Leadership Programs

The Lubbock Chamber offers three leadership programs: Leadership Lubbock, Focus Lubbock, and New Century Leadership, in order to enhance the quality of leadership in Lubbock. Leadership Lubbock is designed for working professionals, Focus Leadership is designed for college students and New Century Leadership is designed for high school juniors. All three teach participants more about the Lubbock community, while improving their leadership abilities.

Mission: Serve as a catalyst to identify and coordinate business, education, and community resources to enhance the quality leadership in Lubbock and the general knowledge of our community.
